This project consisted of an upfit to a conditioned blank shell tenant space at 110 East Court Street for Alice Company. The design featured collaborative work areas as well as private offices and conference rooms. The design aesthetic was a vintage modern feel mixing some of Alice's prized traditional furniture pieces and art with more modern elements such as glass office fronts, modern furniture, and a wood grid ceiling.
