Conestee Mill is a historic mill site in Mauldin, SC that has an amazing picturesque setting. It is positioned along the Reedy River right below the dam and also ties into the Swamp Rabbit Trail system. The existing Company Store building looks out over the river and the dam while the rest of the support buildings sit further up the hill. The support buildings have an industrial feel with beautiful barrel vault roofs and bow trusses. SHLTR was tasked with re-imagining these buildings and Mill site as a whole. The support buildings will become lease-able office/restaurant & brewery spaces and the Company Store building will become future apartment housing.
