This project included a masterplan of the 2+ acre building site, the design of a new 3-story, 36,000 SF office building to house the corporate headquarters of a local company, plus interior layout and office planning for 100+ employees. A large meeting and conference space was designed on the 3rd level of the new building. The exterior design took inspiration from local textile mills with the use of masonry veneer and detailing, large window openings and wood accents. The main entry lobby has a clean modern look with metal panels and large glass openings. The interior layout is a balance of flexible collaboration spaces with natural lighting and private offices and meeting rooms.
