This project involved a 2,000-square-foot interior renovation and a 1,100-square-foot exterior addition to an abandoned building off Augusta Road in downtown Greenville, SC. SHLTR was chosen by Means Wealth Management, a wealth management and financial planning company, to transform the space into their new office. The layout incorporates private offices and multiple client-focused meeting rooms, all designed with tall windows to maximize natural light throughout the building. For the exterior, the new brick walls were crafted to complement the existing materials and create welcoming entry points for both clients and employees. This project successfully reused the existing structure, breathing new life into a once-abandoned property on a busy street in downtown Greenville, SC.
