We're currently looking for a Project Architect to assist with and/or manage upcoming Commercial, Healthcare, and/or Multi-Family Housing projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• manage team, client, and project coordination including working with consultants and contractors thru all phases of design and construction

• produce construction documents and support other SHLTR members with production as required 

• conduct site visits and attend meetings as required

• process submittals, RFIs, and assist with construction coordination during the CA phase

• interface with building officials during the permitting and construction phase of the project

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• bachelor or master's degree in architecture

• minimum 5 years experience and an understanding of how buildings are constructed

• extensive knowledge of Revit is a must, experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam is a plus

• motivated and self sufficient

• team player

• licensed/registered architect not required but a plus

• pay will be commensurate with experience level
