Complete interior and exterior renovation of a very dated but visible 1-story office building. A unique layout was created to provide for both private attorney offices, conference rooms, a television studio, call center, and open support spaces. A fresh "face-lift" was given to the exterior by painting the existing brick, adding new windows, New accent cladding material and creating an inviting entry lobby. Warmth was added to the building with a new wood slat fencing to screen the mechanic yard which faces I-385, along with custom planters and green walls trellis features.
