Interior upfit of a basement shell space inside the former Carquest auto shop building off Stone Avenue in Greenville, SC. The 3,380 SF space will house Tetrad Brewing Company - a micro-brewery with a heavy emphasis on a family friendly taproom experience. Tetrad will be partnering with Half-Moon Outfitters, the building owner and tenant upstairs, to provide a unique retail/brewery combination in a one stop shop setting. The industrial design aesthetic plays off the original building construction of exposed brick and steel, but provides new life and functionality to a forgotten empty shell.
